Mr Yum joins the National Restaurant Association as industry partner

Teaming up with the world’s largest foodservice trade association.

United States, September 2022

Mr Yum is proud to partner with the very best to make the restaurant industry better each and every day.

That’s why we’re delighted to be part of the National Restaurant Association’s Industry Partner Program.

The National Restaurant Association is the largest foodservice trade association in the world, supporting more than half a million restaurant businesses across the United States.

The NRA provides its members with the tools and resources to set them up for success and growth, which makes our industry partnership a perfect fit.

Mr Yum provides restaurant partners with a powerful and integrated ordering, payments and marketing platform that allows them to connect meaningfully with their customers and get them coming back time and again.

Through advocacy, education and information, the NRA strives to progress the industry - and a thriving restaurant and foodservice industry depends on the entire ecosystem of companies such as Mr Yum that care deeply about improving the quality of the industry and everyone involved in it.

Mr Yum CEO and co-founder Kim Teo says becoming partner of the National Restaurant Association highlights the team’s commitment to supporting the industry as it evolves, expands and adopts new tools and technologies.

“According to the NRA’s research, 8 in 10 food service industry operators across the United States say using technology in the restaurant provides a competitive edge and we’re committed to helping venues to adapt and evolve and make the most of the opportunities new technology creates,” she says.

“The US has embarked on a decade-long shift in the way consumers order and pay for food and drinks within restaurants and bars and our goal remains as true today as it did when we started almost four years ago. And that is to help hospitality businesses create a more sustainable future by helping them to serve and connect with their customers in deeper, more meaningful ways.”
